1. How long does photo engraving take?
Once we receive your pictures and order information,
photo engraving can generally be completed within a few
hours. This means that
same-day pickup may be available,
depending on the item, image, engraving requirements
and our current workload.
You can provide your original photos in printed or digital
format. Digital photos can be provided using a USB drive
or another suitable method. You can also send your pictures
by email, and in some cases you may text them to us.
If you email your pictures, we recommend calling us to
confirm that they have been received before visiting.
If you prefer to have your engraved item shipped, delivery
times vary by destination and shipping method. Please allow
approximately 5–10 business days for
delivery within Canada, depending on the selected shipping
service.
2. What type and size of photo should I use?
The original photograph size is generally not critical.
We can work with many common photo sizes, including
4" × 6", 5" × 7", 8" × 10" and wallet-size photographs.
We can crop and prepare the image to fit the size and shape
of the selected pendant or other engraving item.
We accept common image formats including
.JPG, .JPEG, .BMP, .GIF and .TIFF.
Photographs may be in colour or black and white.
For the best engraving result, choose the clearest and
highest-quality photograph possible. Avoid blurry, very
dark or low-resolution images whenever possible.
3. How can I send my photos to Truly Engravables?
You can send your pictures by email or regular mail.
Email is generally the fastest and most convenient option.
If you send photographs by email, please make sure that
each image is no larger than 10 MB.

4. How do I order photo engraving?
Step 1:

Step 2:
Send your pictures together with the completed order form.
You can
email us
your photographs and order information.
Step 3:
We will process your order after receiving your photographs
and required information. If shipping is required, shipping
and handling charges may apply.
5. Can you engrave a message on the back of a pendant?
Yes. When sufficient engraving space is available, we can
engrave an additional personal message on the back of a
pendant. Please include the requested wording when
completing your order form.
